That looks like a standard yoke lift front wheel stand. It should be able to be bought from any dealer. But I made my own stands that work even easier than this one for lifting the front so the wheel can be removed. I will go to my neighbour and ask to borrow his bike so that I can take pictures for you of my front and rear stands. I think they are the best I have used so far (top quality )

As promised. Made in my garage with my arc welder. The welds might be a little rough but they are strong I check the prototype unit here in South Africa. It has the some holes in the bottom of the fork tubes as the Jap bikes, so this kind of stand will work perfectly
