Hallo zusammen

Ich eröffne hier das immer beliebte Thema: Auspuff

Ich finde den originalen Auspuff gar nicht schlecht, werde aber meine bestellte S1000RR gleich nach der Auslieferung mit einem Akrapovic ausrüsten. Denn dieser passt wahrscheinlich sehr gut zur Thundergrey-Farb-Version.

Bilder werde ich sobald als möglich liefern.

Thanks Nigel, very interesting information you linked. I do like the way the Arrow system looks but honestly I don't think the upgrade will be worth probably close to 2000 Euro. It's not that much different than the stock muffler with the exception of the carbon end cap. I also like the Akrapovic that will be available from BMW, they have done marvelous things for other bikes but I got to listen to the bike up to 10.000 rpms and for a stock system it sounds fantastic and doesn't look that bad. I think I'll stick with the stock system and put my money into something else.

You WILL get significant gains from the full system versus the stock. Just the deletion of the cat would be significant. But I hear that with a full system the warranty would fall away. Crazy!!!!!

Retail price for the Arrow can that fits onto the stock BMW system is Euro500 and for the full system Euro1200. That is delivered in South Africa. It will probably cheaper in Europe.

Perhaps Stuppi can tell us if the warranty still stands in Germany with Arrow.

That is significantly cheaper than you would think, I just took a wild guess based on some of the 800-900 Euro Akrapovic exhausts for bikes like my CBR600RR. I know there will be gains with a full system, I just meant to say that I thought the stock exhaust was impressive as it is. For a stock piece it's really not bad, the stock CBR600RR for instance is both heavy and quiet.

Akrapovic will have 2 slip-on systems, a racing full system and an evolution system. Info to be released shortly (3 weeks).

bin gespannt ab wann es eine abdeckung für den mitteltopf gibt.

Die Akra wird es voraussichtlich bei den meisten Händlern ( diejenigen die eine bestellt haben ) am Tage der Präsentation geben.-So ist zumindest die Planung von BMW-Motorrad und Akrapovic.

Akra muss nur bis zu diesen Tagen genug Anlagen gebaut haben

Ja und darum habe ich meinen schon vorbestellt und zusätzlich schon andere Zubehörteile. Es ist zwar noch alles in Rückstand, aber es geht ja noch eine Weile bis meine S1000RR geliefert wird.
