I have a problem with my quick shifter. At +13000 in 5th and 6h it will not shift. Lots of pressure on the leaver, quick short jab etc etc, nothing I can do will make it shift. Yet at lower revs it is fine. It will not cut the ignition (the gearbox is fine). Anyone had this problem. I have tieid moving the lever around higher, lower, nothing works.

Yes, I have the HP levers. I do not think it is the feeler spring (for the clutch switch) as the shifter works at lower rpm and at high rpm in gears 1-3. Only at very high rpm in 4 and 5, it does not work. I will try setting the play on the feeler again. I attached the English version by the way, so I can understand ....hahaha, stupid english boy .

Hi Nigel, you wrote "at very high rpm"...

The manual said that the assistand will not work proper if the rpm are too close to the rpm limiter.

I don´t know, could this be maybe a reason?

Genau so ist es wenn der Schalter zu früh aufmacht.
Also die Feder ein wenig verbiegen so dass der Schalter erst aufmacht wenn der Hebel fast ganz gezogen ist und dann geht der Schaltautomat auch im 4 und 5 Gang

War bei mir genau gleich auch mit den HP Hebeln.

Ich denke auch, dass es an DEM Schalter liegt.
Ich hab ja die Hebel von André drauf - war ne ganz schöne Justiererei mit dem Federchen ... hat aber geklappt.

Auf dem Wege nochmal einen lieben Gruß an André, die Hebel sind sehr sehr geil

danke fahre die Teile auch selber und bin auch total begeistert! Ist so oder so mein Credo, ich verkaufe nichts, wovon ich nicht selber überzeugt bin bzw. selbst verbaut habe.

Neuere Mod. haben keine Feder mehr.
Sondern ein Plastikteil.
Die besagte Feder, war die am orig. Hebel dran?

Ok firends, you may all be right.

I checked the switch and it was activating FAR TOO EARLY. It was right before, I am not sure how it was changed. The bike was at the dealer for a fork seal replacement, I am now wondering if the dealer tried to do something there or perhaps the position changed accidently when the bars were taken off - it was after this that it did not work!!

If it is fixed now I will be very happy.
